We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

3. Service Agreement

Specific services will be provided under separate service agreements that outline:

• Scope of work and deliverables
• Timeline and milestones
• Pricing and payment terms
• Client and agency responsibilities
• Confidentiality provisions

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
• Late payments may incur interest charges
• Services may be suspended for non-payment
• All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond to requests in a timely manner
• Provide necessary access to accounts and platforms
• Review and approve deliverables as outlined
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

6. Intellectual Property

Our Property: All materials, methodologies, and strategies developed by DigiSol remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.

Client Content: Clients retain ownership of their original content. By providing content, you grant us a license to use it for the agreed services.

Deliverables: Upon full payment, clients receive rights to deliverables as specified in the service agreement.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of our engagement. This obligation survives termination of services.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

We provide services using professional standards and best practices. However:

• We do not guarantee specific results or rankings
• Marketing results depend on multiple factors beyond our control
• Third-party platforms may change algorithms and policies
• Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigiSol shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Third-party platform actions or policy changes
• Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination:

• Client remains responsible for fees for work completed
• We will provide deliverables for paid work
• Access to third-party accounts will be returned to client
• Confidentiality obligations continue

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
